Naming Ceremony

Welcome to the world little one!

A Naming Ceremony is performed by a Celebrant and takes the place of a religious ceremony. Naming Ceremonies have been around since the earliest days of our civilisation but today’s type of ceremony has become increasingly popular since the 1970’s.

It is an occasion of great joy for a family to celebrate a child’s naming and introduction to the community. The ceremony must be just right for that child. Please let me create the loveliest ceremony for your child and your family.

Transition

Many occasions occur within our lives which can be marked by a ceremony.

  • Teenage
  • Twenty-first Birthday
  • 30, 40, 50 Birthday
  • Menopause or Wise Woman ceremony
  • House Warming
  • New Boat
  • New Business
  • Divorce

Memorial Service

Many people are choosing not to have a traditional funeral but have a private cremation followed a short time later by a memorial service celebrating the life of the recently passed. At this time scattering of the ashes can take place.

Funerals

By arrangement.
